Camp dates are August 2-6, 2010. Check-in time is Monday at 8:30 AM at the fields on the San Jose State campus at Tenth and Alma streets. Be dressed to play and bring your stick, water, shin guards, mouthguard, sunscreen, etc. Sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday are from 9:00am -1:00pm. Tuesday and Thursday will run from 9:00am -12:00pm and 1:00 -3:00pm. You should bring food and drink for your lunch break on Tuesday and Thursday.
I hope to have a vendor on site, but players should bring their own stick and goalies their own pads, gloves, helmet and stick. Balls will be provided at camp.

Equipment
All players should bring their own sticks. Shin guards and mouth guards are strongly recommended. Loaner sticks are NOT available.
Important
Please complete the registration form, medical form and check the appropriate boxes. Registered campers will receive a confirmation notice. The medical release must be completed and returned before participation is permitted.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable to individual registration. If withdrawal is necessary, request must be received no later than July 1, 2010.
Refunds will be less $25.00 of total fee. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. Substitutions are accepted on team rates; however, refunds will not be made. |
